GENERAL MEMBER APPLICATION

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Leadership Council here are a few things you should know to get started:

1. Leadership Council will be holding an open house for you to come mingle with current LC members and to get a sense of what SAC is all about.
2. You will need to fill out an application after you attend the open house *(insert link to leadership council application)
3. Upon receiving your application we will be setting up a time for you to come interview with current LC members at the Alumni House.
4. We will personally celebrate your new membership if you made it into the Leadership Council

Leadership Council Requirements
Members must be a member of the Student Alumni Connection, in good academic standing, agree to positively represent SAC and CSU and must abide by the committments outlined below:
•  Attend all SAC Leadership Council meeting.   Only two (2) absences are allowed per semester
•  Attend all SAC Leadership Council retreats (a maximum of 2 are held per year)
•  Attend all major SAC events or find a way to assist before or after the event if attendance is not possible.   Only one (1) absence is allowed per semester
•  Volunteer for Alumni Association events when possible
•  Participate and/or chair at least one committee
•  Endorse and help promote all SAC events and programs, including, but not limited to, the Best Teacher Awards, University Ring Program, SAC Packs, Distinguished Alumni Brunch, Etiquette Dinner, etc.
