Life Membership Options
Individual Life............................. $1,000 – one time payment
Joint* Life.................................. $1,250 – one time payment
Life Payment Plan........................ $220 deposit plus 4 annual payments of $220
Joint*Life Payment Plan................ $270 deposit plus 4 annual payment of $270
If you choose the payment plan, you may pay off the balance at any time. However you will be mailed a reminder on the anniversary of your join date. Life membership becomes effective upon receipt of your final payment. Until such time, you are considered an Annual Member.
If you think you may already be a paid Life Member, you can verify by calling 800-286-2586 and asking for the Membership Department.
*Joint membership is available to spouse/partner at the same address.
Your membership dues may be tax deductible. The CSU foundation will send a receipt for your tax records.
